Software Engineer

Hours: This position is a full-time, salaried position

Pay Scale: Dependent upon experience

Responsibilities: Design and Develop Software Convert business requirements into software specifications Develop software specifications into working software using Procentive’s coding and architectural standards. Document software functionality, architecture, and source code Submit work product to code reviews for improvement Troubleshoot Procentive’s software Investigate software problem’s in Procentive’s products Debug, fix, and enhance Procentive software Track issues and bugs in tracking database Mentor and Educate Assist new and existing Procentive staff in understanding software architecture, function, source code, and standards. Participate in code reviews to improve others’ work product and skills. Improve Procentive’s Technology Research new technologies and methodologies to improve Procentive’s products and practice. Work with team to improve Procentive’s standards and practices.

Minimum Technical or Professional Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Customer Support Specialist

Hours: Full-time or Part-time, Hourly, 20-30 hours per week

Pay Scale: Starting $17/hr.

Pay increases when employee shows an understanding of the product, and an ability to correctly and compassionately respond to customer questions.

Responsibilities: Learn how our product works to a level where you can clearly explain Procentive to customers, as well as trouble-shoot common problems. Serve the needs of our customers by answering their questions quickly, clearly and kindly. Answer all tickets sent from customers to Procentive via the Ticketing Module and Chat tool. Some questions may require additional research with the customer or other agencies outside of Procentive. Once proficient in key areas, provide short trainings to customers as needed. Answer and respond to emergency calls from customers (via the 1-800 help line). Work with the management team to process enhancement requests. Other duties as assigned—which may include research, administrative work, or other.

Minimum Technical or Professional Qualifications Required:

  • Must be motivated to master a complicated system.
  • Must be motivated to solve problems, to meet the needs of customers by answering their questions.
  • Must be a good multi-tasker.
  • If you are a “list person”—this may be the job for you.
  • If you love Sudoku, and puzzles based on logic—this may be the job for you.
  • Must be proficient on computers.
  • Need ability to interact with customers, especially in writing and on the phone.
  • Proficient writing skills REQUIRED–an ability to write professionally and clearly when explaining sometimes complicated or multi-step processes.
  • Prefer the ability in writing, and also on the phone, to express compassion and empathy towards customers and the problems they are having.
  • Must be patient, positive, adaptable, and have good listening skills.

Forms Builder

Pay Scale: Starting Hourly Rate is $13/hour

Hours: Full-time or Part-time, Hourly, 20-30 hours per week

Responsibilities: 

  • Build clinical forms using the internal forms development tool
  • Answer tickets related to forms use and development
  • Update existing forms as requested by customers (under the supervision of the Forms Manager)

Minimum Technical or Professional Qualifications Required:

  • Must be proficient on computers
  • Need ability to interact with customers
