MN DHS MA Claims Issue from 10/5

MN DHS contacted Procentive to let us know that they had a problem with their servers on Monday, October 5th, between 12:45 PM and 4:36 PM.  If you submitted claims to Minnesota DHS during the afternoon on Monday, October 5th, you will need to resend those invoices. If you submitted claims electronically to Minnesota MA/DHS during this time frame, then you should resubmit any affected invoices.
