Dashboard Spotlight
When we began our development of the Embedded Analytics feature, our goal was to get a handful of highly valuable dashboards built and available to users as soon as possible. It’s important to note that over the coming months, especially as we receive feedback and suggestions from users, we will continue to enhance these dashboards as well as create new ones. So not only will the depth of these existing dashboards deepen, for example with the ability to drill down into the data that makes up the widgets and even predictive analytics to help run your agency, we have more dashboards scheduled into our development roadmap.
There will be four levels of access with Embedded Analytics:
- Free – available to all customers, includes our client demographics and clinical productivity dashboards
- Basic – includes the free dashboards as well as 4 additional dashboards (appointments, authorizations, insurance billing, and revenue)
- Enhanced – includes all of the Basic-level dashboards, plus the ability to design custom dashboards and widgets
- Deluxe – includes everything in the Enhanced plan, plus the ability to integrate data from external sources
Client Demographics & Clinical Productivity
With these free dashboards available to all users, you can at a glance understand the composition of your client population and get an instant overview of admissions, intakes, discharges, and clinical documentation. Gather insights about the volume and makeup of staff activity over time as well as the populations you serve and frequently diagnosed conditions. This means you’re able to break down your client base by race, ethnicity, sex, preferred language, and sexual orientation. Easy-to-read widgets display information like the top 10 primary diagnoses, age categories, and counties of residence.
All of our dashboards can also be filtered by time frame, program, location, and staff. Plus, we’re always listening to our users to understand what filters would be useful to add or if there need to be adjustments made to the way the data is displayed.
Appointments
An overview of scheduled and completed appointments as well as recorded appointment status.
Authorizations
Instant visibility into the volume and status of pending authorizations plus fast identification of expiring authorizations based on units or days remaining.
Insurance Billing
Identify programs, payers, and services where payments are coming in as well as where you are waiting for payment. See invoiced and unpaid billed services.
Revenue
A quick look at the value of payments received and write-offs. Know which locations, providers, and services are generating the greatest revenue.
